Breathable legal

Privacy Policy

Breathable is private by design. This policy explains, in plain language, what stays on your device and the choices you control.

Effective August 11, 2026

About this policy

Breathable is a breathing and wellness app operated by Uriel Bitton (“Breathable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the Breathable iOS app (the “App”).

This policy applies to the App. Information that Apple processes while providing the App Store, iOS, iCloud, or other Apple services is governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

Information that stays on your device

The App may store your breathing-session history, selected feelings, preferences, and related settings locally on your device so that its features work for you. We do not receive, upload, or remotely access that information.

Feelings and breathing activity can be sensitive wellness information. Breathable keeps this information within the App’s local storage and does not use it for advertising, profiling, analytics, or tracking.

Information the App collects

The App does not collect, transmit, or store personal information or usage data on servers operated by us or by third-party app partners. It does not require an account and does not include advertising networks, tracking technology, product-analytics SDKs, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs.

Because App data is not sent to us, we have no remote App profile about you, do not combine your activity with information from other companies, and do not sell or share your App data.

Apple services

Apple may independently process information related to downloading, installing, updating, backing up, or diagnosing the App under your Apple settings and Apple’s own policies. Breathable does not control Apple’s processing, and the App does not add a third-party SDK for those purposes.

You can learn more in the Apple Privacy Policy.

Retention, export, and deletion

Local information remains on your device until you delete it in the App or remove the App. You can export your local data or delete it at any time using the controls provided in the App. When you export information, you choose where the exported copy goes; Breathable does not receive it.

Deleting App data removes the current local copy. Copies included in a device or iCloud backup are controlled separately through your Apple backup settings. Removing the App generally removes its local data from the device, subject to how iOS and your backups are configured.

Your privacy choices

Since the App does not transmit data to us, there is no remote collection consent to withdraw and no server-side App account or App data for us to access, correct, or delete. You remain in control of the local data through the App and your device settings.

  • Export or delete local information from within the App.
  • Delete the App to remove its current local storage.
  • Manage device diagnostics and backups in Apple settings.

When you contact us

If you choose to email us, we receive the email address, message, and other information you voluntarily include. This is separate from the App’s automatic operation. We use the information only to respond, provide support, protect our rights, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell it.

Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and is handled through our email provider. You may ask us to delete a support message, subject to any information we must keep for legal or security reasons, by emailing hello@breathableapp.com.

Children’s privacy

Breathable is a general-audience wellness app and is not directed to children or listed in the App Store’s Kids Category. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children—or anyone else—through its operation. A parent or guardian should decide whether the App is appropriate for a minor in their care.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App or applicable requirements change. We will publish the revised policy at this URL and update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how the App handles information, we will provide an appropriate notice before the new practice takes effect.
